All of our epoxy resins are already equipped with a UV blocker or UV absorber equipped!
Many customers ask us: "Why does the epoxy resin turn yellow over time?".
The answer is simple, because all epoxy resins more or less over time under UV or UV light. Yellowish discolouration in sunlight!
Then the question follows: "Why don't you mix the same amount of UV absorber with Allen epoxy resins so that it doesn't change color?"
Answer: Because the epoxy resin is getting softer, the more UV absorber is added! So if you were to mix in a lot,
then jewelry would remain very clear with almost no yellow tint, but they would be more prone to scratches!
The same applies to tables "River-Table" which are poured very transparently without color pigment! As soon as you work with paint,
Scope of delivery:
100ml, UV absorber for epoxy resin and other plastics.
Our UV absorber is mixed with the ready-mixed resin / hardener combination by weight between 0.5% and 4% maximum !!
Below you can see a test attempt with permanently high UV radiation over several weeks with and without UV absorber!
The more transparent the end result is, the more UV absorber you will need. But always pay attention to the "softness" factor!
Simply select the desired amount of UV absorber and place it in the shopping cart. Then the corresponding amount of DIPOXY epoxy resin, color pigments, etc ... Select and also place in the shopping cart.

The best results are achieved with our effect pearl color pigments developed for epoxy resins!
